Pet Delivery Issue

I purchased a Lil KT pet 2 Days ago and it still hasnt shown up in my ingame mail. I called Billing and Support who verified that I did redeem the pet and also that it was redeemed for the right account. They told me that thier end looked good so I should open a ticket to talk with a gm. I did that also 2 days ago. I still havent gotten to talk to a gm. Was just wondering if there was anything else I could do in the mean time to maybe speed up the process. Anyone else have this problem? How long did it take to get it resolved?
