Dungeon finder group

Hi i am curently in a random dungon group on my alt. we are at the last boss and the tank refuses to do anything. we have been sitting here for a fair amount of time. we cant vote kick becuase there are aparently been to many kick.
I joined this group half way though.

Is there anything we can do about this

If the tank is refusing to progress, and you have exhausted your allowed number of kicks, the only thing you can do is report and ignore the offender, and leave the group. You will have better luck in another group that wants to progress, and the ignore ensures that you won't have to deal with the bad tank again.

And, as noted, since the individual is now on ignore, the Dungeon Finder will no longer treat him/her as an eligible match for you for a random group. You may also want to place this individual on ignore across all your characters to ensure that you are paired with him/her again.
