My Mobile Authenticator needs to be reset

My Mobile Authenticator needs to be reset. After updating my iPhone it does not seem to work. Please reset this since it is impossible to get into your call support center. I am left to just do nothing while you keep my monthly fee. Whats the point of having a call center AND a mobile authenticator if neither of them work? PLEASE RESET THIS.

Resetting, and removing/installing a new serial number (which in effect is a new authenticator) are two things a bit different.

Billing can assist with this. I recommend anyone with a mobile app jot down their serial number and keep it in a safe spot for just this contingency. This is MUCH easier to accomplish on the phone if you have the old serial number.
