So my own authenticator locked me out...

Yep, apparently I entered my info wrong too many times because apparently my authenticator is out of sync so I locked myself out of my account...and the billing department is overloaded on calls and won't even put me on the phone hold queue. Is there anything a CS mod can do to assist me, like maybe unlocking my account and resetting my registered authenticator?

Literally the same thing happened to me at the time you posted this. Very weird. Also had someone somehow put Parental Controls on my account, thank God i already e-mailed in my ID and what not, hoping that all this crap gets solved before my 25m ICC heroics Tuesday evening.

Ori, see if you have access.

If you have a mobile authenticator, those sometimes need re-sync'd.

Also, if you ever have an error on a login wait for a new number on your authenticator. It can take a few seconds, but you'll want to let it give you another before your next attempt. These do lock up with too many failed attempts.
