I think that can be said of any one character that tries to go against a group of 4 or 5 people. Even if they aren't all the same person as long as they practice some kind of teamwork at all they will know that you have sapped one of their members.
I often run battlegrounds with a group of my friends and we are all communicating live. If something happens to me they will know it and you will see targets shift fairly quick. :)
Pyrodius, I understand that such things can be challenging but keep in mind that though they may have some advantages they also have several very large disadvantages. Work with the others in your group and scatter them to the four winds. Once you have the technique and resources to do so, you won't have any more trouble.
