Pet Store Pet Problems!

I purchased the Monk when I purchased my authenticator and I have yet to get my pet. That was 4 days ago. It says it will be instant. I have had a ticket open ever since the first day and NO ONE has responded! I find this a big let down. I also called tech support and they verified it went through and that I claimed the pet and the only thing they could do is say that I did and everything was fine on their end and to contact a GM.

I NEED A GM!!!!!!!!!
