Mobile Auth blocking me, I don't HAVE ONE

Here's one for you.

I can't log on or manage my account because apparently I have a mobile authenticator attached to my account. I never bought one OR attached one...

The only thing I can think of is that someone has hacked my account and to stop me from doing anything they have blocked me with a security code generator that is supposed to PROTECT accounts!

What do I do????
