Loot scamed, help...

Hello, I have opened a ticket as soon as the loot got scammed/"ninja". What happened was I was running ICC25m on Thursday evening around 8pm EST, and we downed Deathbringer Saurfang. The masterlooter states to roll mainspec and I proceed to roll for Deathbringers Will because it was a HUGE upgrade for me since I was main spec melee dps, as the rolls go out I ended up with the highest roll but for some reason the masterlooter ignored my roll and gave to the 2nd highest roll. The masterlooter never stated that this item was on "reserve" or "saved" to someone and it was open rolls for main specs.
I was reading this on the support page, "• Acquiring items or any other "possessions" from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming)" I feel like I fit in this category at the moment...
Sorry I dont remember the exact names of the Masterlooter and the person who received it but its all on my ticket that I had submitted. I just want my loot that I won the roll for... I feel like I was scammed out of an item. can anyone from customer support help me with this? Thank you.

It seems that this is being looked further into, Glory. The Game Master forwarded your information on to more specialized Game Masters who are investigating your report. Unfortunately, they may be unable to reimburse you for the items that were looted, but I can assure you that all appropriate actions will be taken. While an additional response cannot be guaranteed, our Game Masters will do their absolute best to notify you if any additional information becomes available.
