10th and counting

So has wait time for getting items restored increased or have I missed some sort of Email. On my 10th day and still waiting for any response as in if I am still going to get my items restored or not. If not then this was a waste of time.... (I know its not guaranteed) but still the wait time is ridiculously long and extra game time is not compensated for at this time by blizzard, even though all of the GMs in game state that there is a chance of getting compensated game time.

Here is a question so I got hacked on the june 10 and emailed billing and talked to a GM on the 10th but received email back on june 12 does this mean that its my 8th of waiting or 10th day.... Yea I made a mistake on the original post it was suppose to be 9th and counting heh


It's based off of when your initial petition was received, Stûrm, so in your case you've been in queue for nearly 10 days. We hope to assist you within the next 2 to 5 days (if not sooner!).

You should have received an e-mail detailing the restoration provided, Stûrm. Simply reply to this e-mail with a list of characters and items that were not restored, so that our investigators can look into possibility restoring the remaining items as soon as possible!

Welcome back, Sturm. We received your additional restoration request and it appears to be in queue. At this point, you'll simply need to remain patient just a bit longer as our investigators take a second look. :)
