I Got Hacked

i got hacked at approx 1700 GMT+10, my friend was online at the time helping me and my character froze and i was signed out. i tried to get back in but there was an authenticator out onto my account as i was barred access. 2 of my friends witnessed the person using my account to sell everything from my guild bank as i am the guild master and my personal bank on all my characters, my friends were also kicked from my guild when they tried to talk to my character. my friends followed my character around for a while but lost them as they kept signing into my other characters when they were followed, my other character names are Darco, Garigarken, Aerolus, Tazroz, Tarino, Barrack and Duike. i understand that blizzard is busy but i would appreciate a quick resolution to this, thank you

I see where you've changed your password, and that authenticator is no longer on the account.

Do you know how they got hold of your password and ID?

That is going to be vital to keep this from recurring. Actually, looks like they may have been in far longer than you know, looks like back on the 13th there was very brief access, although they may have just been taking inventory.

Right now, security and recovery are going to be the main focus here.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
