Invisible mail while trying to transfer

Hi, I'm trying to move my character (this one) but i keep getting an error saying i have mail when i can't see any. I've read that you guys do infact hide spam mail from showing up in our mailboxes, which is awesome, except in this one instance. I'm hoping a blue here can clear it out, because the ticket time is really kinda up there lately, and i'd prefer to do it sooner as opposed to later.
