Difference in GM responses

Actually, it was the same approach, but I can certainly understand the confusion. Both Game Masters informed you that the Guild Bank would be restored as part of the affected account's restoration. The Game Master you spoke to in-game mentioned that they would send the affected account up for investigation; not your actual petition. I believe that's where the confusion may have spawned from, but the information you received from each staff member is indeed correct.

It's also not a bad idea to ask your guildy to mention that there was a guild bank that was affected from each faction as well, just to help ensure that it does not somehow get missed!

Well, Alliance do tend to be a bit more tender (except Blood Elves; they're like butta), but I like meat I can really sink my teeth into from time to time as well.

It's not that I favor one or the other really, it's more of a mood thing.
