Current Ticket Wait Time?

Heya, I was wondering how long the current ticket wait time is? I believe I had a ticket up for about 4 days, no biggy though.

Perhaps a admin could tell me what the average wait times are?

Also I been wondering exactly how the ticket system works, a friend of mine told me your ticket goes into a queue and once your ticket gets far enough down the list you get the "Your Ticket Will Be Serviced Soon" Message, is this true?

Also I heared Gamemaster's work Cross-Server, so is it possible for there to be 20 GM's on one server and none on another?

Also, are tickets that can't be addressed quickly skipped over so the simpler ones could be answered first? Such as a accidentally deleted character versus a character that got stuck in a wall or what not.

My apologies for asking so many questions, I been curious on how the whole Ticket system works, thank you for reading :).

There are a few issues that we actively keep an eye out for - like stuck players. Those are very quick to resolve as a rule and get a player back into play.

Game Masters work from a master queue - across all realms. We aren't allowed to work on realms we play on ourselves.

The Will Be Serviced Soon message can popup if a Game Master is looking at your petition - or if it's been shipped to a special queue for processing.
