Getting an error when trying to paid transfer

I am trying to consolidate my accounts onto this account. When trying to move my alt paladin to this account I get to the payment screen and i receive and error when processing my credit card. I have called my bank and they said the transaction should be going through. So it is a problem on Blizzards side.


Can someone help me with this transaction?
Ive tried calling but I cant spend 3 hours holding, so I always end up having to give up after a hour or 2.
