Got hacked and added an Authenticator

Indeed they have reported this, so it's in the investigation queue already. Will be a few days on that portion.

The authenticator is also gone, when was the last time you tried to access this?

Right now, the part that is vital is determining how they got your password/ID to add that authenticator and access your account. If that isn't found, this is VERY likely to happen again.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

It's locked, Fuhkawi - and they keep getting in.

You need to check your email for further instructions as well as finding the source of how they keep re-obtaining your information.
