Abyssal Breach insta-permadeath

Ok... so I did the moth to the flame thing and swam through the breach texture in the Abyssal Breach of the Abyssal Depths of Vashj'ir and fell through to my doom. I can't res because I'm stuck beneath the world and accepting the res instantly kills me as I appear to still be beneath the death plane.

Help?
