Account restoration time frame

i was recently hacked about a week and a half ago. when i recovered my account i immediatly put in a ticket to a gm (about 8 am saturday june 12th) to get all my lost items and gold to be restored. the gm answered back that it would take about 7-9 days for my items and gold to be restored. i believe it is currently day 8 0r 9 for me and still no answer back with any news. i was wondering if you could give me any info as to how far along in the process i am and about when can i expect my account to be restored? (ive been hearing around 10 days). also when my stuff is restored how is that all taken care of? will they send in game mail mailing me all my items gold etc. or will they email me with details?
any information you can give me will be much appreciated. thank you
