Not necessarily, Caltenn, both issues will need to be looked into. From the sound of it you may have left the item behind after you won it so that will need to be investigated and verified. If we can verify that you won it and no one else picked it up we very well may be able to help.
The name, that is a bit more uncertain as in most cases a person who has the character is entitled to keep the name. There are a few cases in which we may be able to help though. This situation will be looked at and they'll let you know
One additional note: We try to assist characters who have been stuck as quickly as possible and we usually are on a look out for such cases. This is in an effort to get these characters back in the game as quickly as possible.
Attempting to misuse this category or trick us into getting to a petition faster may only serve to encourage us to no longer prioritize such issues in this way.
