Item Restoration Queue?

Hello, I'm just wondering if someone could check to see if I'm in the queue for item restoration and possibly an estimated time as to when it will be complete or my spot in the queue now as opposed to where I started or any information like that. I know that a friend of mine told me when his account was compromised the restoration process took one day whereas I'm going on five days now I believe. Any help is appreciated,
