Why cant I claim my RAF mount?

I made a new account using the RAF program, the accounts are linked and Ive payed for 2 months of game time but the little horse icon is still gray for me, what do I have to do to claim my mount?
I did this back in the day for the Zhevra mount but I dont remember having this problem.

Can you provide me with the name and realm of a character on the newly recruited account, Imaelf?

It looks as if this account has only purchased one month's worth of game time, Imaelf. It appears the account will be billed for the second month in approximately 30 days. :)

Actually, yes!

You can purchase a game card or a game time code from the Blizzard Store (http://us.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=110000004). Once the game time is added to the account you'll be able to claim your mount. :)
