Ive had my ticket up since tuesday and still havent had any answers. Was wondering if im still in queue or if somthing happened?. I had this other ticket up before this one stating the same issue, but i thought that maybe it got glitched so i tried reopening it. Apperently that just takes you too the back of the line.
To be clear, in-game petitions can take up to 6 to 7 days whereas compromise investigations can take up to 2 weeks. I believe that's where the confusion within this thread originates. :)
