Master Loot Problem

Blizzard Post
hi,

this is my first post on blizz forums so bare with me

Background:

On the morning of Saturday the 12th of June 2010, I Raid Leaded an ONY25 raid with some freinds but also mostly PUGS.
After a long haul of putting the raid together and some wipes we finally downed ONY25.
The mount dropped, 22slot bag, ony head, gem bag, a cape, and 2 pally helms.
I took the mount and the gem bag, gave the 22 slot bag and ony head to a freind and let the PUGS roll fairly on the rest.

There was NO mention of loot at ANY time during the raid. Loot was set to Master Looter the entire time.
I did not advertise rolls on anything at all and no players were allowed to roll under false pretences.

According to this:

I grouped with a "ninja-looter," can I get the item that I am entitled to returned?

Players who loot items within a party's selected loot rule set (for example, Master Looter or Need Before Greed) do not meet the criteria for scamming, and will not be investigated by the GM Staff.

If, however, there is a clear in-game agreement about loot distribution and a player violates the agreement, a GM may intervene and assist with distributing the loot fairly. For more information, please see our related policy here.

I am not a 'ninja looter'.

However a GM has accused me of 'scamming' and banned my account for 24hours and taken away my Ony Mount ... but he has allowed everyone else to keep their account time and items.
He acted almost instantly after the raid was complete with little to no time for anyone to write a Ticket, which I find to be very suspicious.

I beleive he has acted unfairly and that I was well within my rights according to the Blizzard game Policy.

I have contacted several GM's in game and they agree that i have done nothing wrong, but made no mention of the mount I asked about.

ccording to master loot rules if no rules are stated before the loot distribution than the master looter reserves the right to anything that drops during a raid encounter.

This still hasnt been addressed ... in game GMs have reviewed my case and agreed that I did nothing wrong ... yet I am still receiving emails saying that I was involved in scamming.

There was no plans to reserve the mount before the raid ... nor were loot rules discussed.

IF loot rules were discussed prior to the raid than I would let people roll on the mount evenly ... if I had planned to let people roll on the mount than I would have set group loot for the raid.

Other items were given out to players of my (the master looters) discretion (according to who could use the upgrade best) and they still have their items ...
So why is the mount the exception? Why am I the only one to loose this item? Why not take the gem bag and quest items that I allocated to other players without rolls?

I told people that complained to me after the raid that the mount was reserved for the master looter to decide what to do with it ... as per normal master loot rules.
NOT reserved prior the raid.

I would like a proper response about this ... so far everyone has seemed to dodge my questions.

Can anyone comment on this kind of problem with blizzard?
My uncle whos is a QC Lawyer is reviewing the policy in detail now to see what legal rights I have - I know it sounds extreme but I have played this game honestly for over 5 years now and the first main person to jip me is blizzard themselves by going against their own master loot rules.
