I had ordered a celestial steed yesterday, and right after ordering it I put in the redeem code. It said everything was ok to go, so I logged into Wow to check my mailbox and saw nothing. I tried calling customer service and got no answer. I tried emailing the store moments after the purchase, and am still waiting on a response. I lastly wrote a ticket in the game and am waiting for that response. I understand that there are TONS of people playing, and tons of issues and concerns. Simply put I get a tad bugged when a game I have to pay to play just rips you off like that...well to be more to the point I'd feel tons more comfortable if I got a response instead of an auto response saying that someone will get to it. I do understand the level of input blizzard must get swamped with but it's enough to make you a little tense. Either way if I don't end up getting this mount I'd like my money back, and not to be a drama queen but if I don't see that then I don't really want much to do with blizzard. So anything right now is a plus!!!
