Ripped off by blizzard store

I had ordered a celestial steed yesterday, and right after ordering it I put in the redeem code. It said everything was ok to go, so I logged into Wow to check my mailbox and saw nothing. I tried calling customer service and got no answer. I tried emailing the store moments after the purchase, and am still waiting on a response. I lastly wrote a ticket in the game and am waiting for that response. I understand that there are TONS of people playing, and tons of issues and concerns. Simply put I get a tad bugged when a game I have to pay to play just rips you off like that...well to be more to the point I'd feel tons more comfortable if I got a response instead of an auto response saying that someone will get to it. I do understand the level of input blizzard must get swamped with but it's enough to make you a little tense. Either way if I don't end up getting this mount I'd like my money back, and not to be a drama queen but if I don't see that then I don't really want much to do with blizzard. So anything right now is a plus!!!

I am sorry for what confusion or inconvenience this may cause you, Eonazul. Our investigation thus far indicates that the pets and mounts redeemed are eventually sent to your characters. They are just taking long than normal.

Our Technicians are looking into hurrying along the mail but it may take a few days for delivery until the issue can be resolved.
