Can log onto character

I got a paid Character Customization and when i logged on all it said was 'Retrieving character list'. I tried a couple time after to log on and it still said that. I restarted my computer and tried again, this time it had my character list like normal. When i clicked my character (the one i changed) the load bar filled and the music faded, but the load screen never went away. I alt-f4'd and came here searching for answers. There were so many post like this but the were all old and didnt fit my situation exactly. Anyone know whats wrong?
