My other account was hacked on may 30th and I haven't gotten any word about getting my characters back since. is it still being worked on since it ran out of game time before I got my character back?

We undeleted 41 characters on one of your accounts on 6/10, Grosh.

Do you not see those - or did they need more attention? If you don't see them on a specific realm, making a level one on that realm can force your list to refresh. Sometimes they won't show after a restoration.

If there are additional damages, you'll want to send a list of the characters in question to [email protected] with anything you can remember (that can help us pin down dates) for further review.
