Windrider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling MIA

I was so excited today when I finally received both my Windrider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling (after waiting for months to order both when they were in stock at the same time)

So I rushed to enter the redemption codes before logging out of WoW. I exited and came back in several times, but nothing :(

I tried re-entering the codes on Battle.net but it says they've already been redeemed.

Did I completely mess it up by not being logged out of WoW when i entered the code? When I redeemed my Celestial Steed a while back it just popped in my mailbox lickety split.

Any ideas?

No, Jhessi, everything looks to be in order. It seems that the redemption of these pets and mounts are going through they are just appear to be taking longer than normal. The matter is being looked into and if we receive an update we will be certain to pass it along.
