I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to Blizzard for helping my fiance get her account back and playable. Over two weeks ago she was hacked, and the characters she spent two years working on were completely stripped and rendered useless. We called Billing, who were fantastic in getting her account back under her control, and submitted and in-game ticket to get her gear back. 10 days later she had EVERYTHING back just the way it was. Thank you for taking the time to help. It's nice to see a massive company care about an individual player and go above and beyond was is expected to maintain customer loyalty.
Thanks again Blizz...now make Murlocs the next Hero Class! :)
