Cant transfer because mail in mailbox

hi for the last week now i havnt been able to transfer because apparently i have mail in or en route to my mailbox..but its been a week and still no mail. iv seen blues clear this up for other people and would like a blue to do the same for me :) would be much appriciated.

i have a ticket in but they take up to a week to process.
