Verifying Time in Que and Couple Questions...

My account was hacked on 6/5 and I had my gold stolen off of 3 of my toons, 2 of which were my lvl 80 raiding toons. These level 80s were also transferred to a random server and stripped of their gear. I believe my current time is around 8 1/2 days since being put into the que for restoration and I understand that average is around 9-10 days atm so I'm not worried abou that yet. I did want to confirm this current time that I have with an official poster of blizzard if possible to kind of calm some nerves I obviously have about my restoartion.

In addition to this, I wanted to verify something about the restoration process in order to make sure I did the correct things since I have not heard anything other than we forwarded it to a specialist. I have been unable to login to either of my lvl 80 toons since the hack since they are currently on another server still. Is it normal for these toons to stay on the other server until the full restoration is complete or should these toons have been transferred back and then me still be in que to replace gold and gear?

Your investigation is in queue, Tree. At the moment it is just a hair over 7 days old and that queue is running on the high side of 10-ish days right now.

We do try to catch things like transfers when one of these are looked into. Should that not be the case, do let us know immediately once your Specialist has finished and emailed you the results.

I do apologize for the delay. That queue can fluctuate quite a bit, anywhere from a few hours, to a few weeks - really depends on volume at any given time as well as the nature of the investigations ongoing at the moment.
