Query with RAF rewards

Hi Blizz

I recently signed my daughter up for an account using RAF.

I converted it to a paid account and then paid for 3 months sub (gotta love a rocket mount).

I can see on my Battlenet account that we're now linked, but I have no rewards ready for collection (even though I've paid for 3 months).

I also note that our accounts are only linked until 26 June, so I'm wondering what happens with collecting my reward once that linked time has expired? (Pariticularly if battle.net hasn't recognised that I've paid for a 3 month subscription?)

I've had a look around, but I can't find anything to answer my question. If someone could point me in the right direction of the answer I would be most appreciative.

It appears Kurigan is correct. It does look like your subscription has been set up, Qos, but since there is time left on the account it has not yet been billed. Once the available time on the account expires the subscription option you selected should kick in. Once that processes the recruiting account should receive the RaF subscription benefits.

The 30 days of game time should automatically be applied to the account but you will need to visit the RaF page through your Account Management page to select which character/realm receives the mount.
