Account Hacked - Restore my Stuff NOW

Hello,

I reported a problem almost a week ago - my characters, guild and gold have all disappeared. All I have received are lame emails explaining that the issue has been resolved?? NOT TRUE - restore all the stuff to my account.

Please restore my account information now or give me a refund for 2 year of accumulated play and monthly payments.

I am sorry for the confusion, Krinaia, what the person meant by the e-mail was that your case has already been forwarded for investigation.

We will be unable to provide restoration "right now" as you are in queue behind others who also require assistance. We will get to your case in the order it was received and provide what restoration we can once what happened is investigated and verified.

Please note that restorations of any kind of not guaranteed, we will do what we can but the security for an account is your responsibility. We did not cause this situation yet we do sympathize and are working to restore what we can.

I would ask that you stop spamming the available e-mail addresses. This type of activity is what adds to the confusion surrounding your particular issue and leads to overall delays in service.

Your case is in queue, you around 6 days in from when you sent your original e-mail reporting the compromise. Queue times are around 8-10 days, give or take. You will be contact via your registered e-mail once your investigation/resolution has been completed.

Folks, please also understand the level of frustration that such issues cause, add to that a rather confusing response to an e-mail many of you should be able to see how such an attitude can be born. If you can post helpful information please do so, otherwise please avoid contributing to a less than ideal situation.

It should also be noted that many people post and return several hours later to see if their thread has been responded to. :) Though bumping just to argue would be unwelcome.
