Server Transfer: Mailbox Error, please help

Hi, I've petitioned a GM in an attempt to get this fixed, but perhaps a blue poster can help me. I cannot make the server transfer since it tells me that I have mail in the mailbox. I do not. I have disabled the "ignore spam" feature and have made sure that I have no auctions pending (either posted myself or bids outstanding). I have also deleted my ignore list, just in case I got mail from one of them.

I have deleted all my alts (they were just low levels, nothing of consequence). And I am unable STILL to transfer.

Please help!
