Account in the process of being hacked

I was just kicked from my account and the account had a authenticator attach to it.

I'm unable to log in. I would like it if some one could put a lock in this account before anything too bad happens to it while I figure out how to get it back. I am the owner of the account.

Please help.

Edit: The only way I'm able to write this is because I was logged on a the time of the breech. As such I'm not sure if I'll be able to reply soon.

I think you may have caught them before they did too much damage, but this is in the investigation queue to check things out for you.

You do need to try to find the source of this. To add an authenticator, they had your password and ID.

Not usually.

Not unless there is some question or contention on who is the legitimate account holder.

In a simple case, you'll just want to let us know once you are certain that your system and email are secure.
