Celestial Mount never recieved?

I bought a celestial mount almost 2 days ago and redeemed the code immediately and have yet to receive the mount. I've contact blizzard in game and through e-mails but I've only gotten 1 reply (which was a common sense reply "did you check you mail" and I replied back "obviously,") . Other than that one dumb e-mail I'd received no advice and no troubleshooting from you guys. From player I've received tips tried them all and no luck. So seriously, where's the mount?

Here's what I've done:
Checked in game mail hourly
Checked e-mails hourly
Made tickets
Logged in and logged out than checked mail again
Exited game and created a new character and checked mail
Checked inventory (though it's supposed to go through mail I checked it anyways same goes for the bank and mount/pet collection)
Checked bank
Check mount/pet collection
Asked other players
Googled it (which of course was stupid as all ti did was lead me to your website selling the confounded things)

So here's what I want, either the mount, or a refund.

Note: sorry if this is posted under the wrong section wasn't sure where else to post it.

From what we've been able to determine, Keimuna, the pets/mounts purchased and redeemed are processing though they are taking longer then normal to be delivered to the characters in-game. The matter is being looked into and we hope to get the mail hurried along.

We'll provide what updates we can if we hear anything new.
