Hi, I need Blizzards assistance in a legal case. I have been accused of committing a crime over 500 miles from my home and can prove I was playing wow at the time of accusation. On January the 15th I received 2 achievement in the game with friends that can attest to my presence in game via voice communication. I'm hoping blizzard support may have a way to show my log in/out IP address. I am trying to contact phone support but am having issues, hopefully you may be able to assist me here.

If Blizzard has logs showing my activity time and log in/out IP address for that date I can use this information to prove my innocence in this legal mater. I'm not entirely sure blizzards normal phone support staff can actually help me with this matter and most likely will need to contact another on of your offices.

Thank you for your time and any assistance that you may be able to provide.

Hello Lordsoth--

I'm sorry to hear about your situation.

The Customer Service Forum team is not trained or qualified to comment on the provision of personal information to players or other third parties. Blizzard does have a Custodian of Records who manages requests for personal or confidential information, and who can advise you more directly on what Blizzard might provide in a case like this.

I will send you an email directly with further instructions on contacting this individual, so you can get clearer instructions than we would be comfortable providing on this public forum.
