I got my account hacked on June 1st, reported it June 2nd on the phone with a Blizzard employee who said he sent my information for item restoration into the queue for me. It is now June 12th (ten days) since I was put into the queue.
I'm just wondering here if the Blizzard employee actually did his job or if the wait for item restoration takes longer than 10 days. Any information regarding this would be appreciated, along with a blue post.
