My story:

I got my account hacked on June 1st, reported it June 2nd on the phone with a Blizzard employee who said he sent my information for item restoration into the queue for me. It is now June 12th (ten days) since I was put into the queue.

I'm just wondering here if the Blizzard employee actually did his job or if the wait for item restoration takes longer than 10 days. Any information regarding this would be appreciated, along with a blue post.

I can confirm that the Account Services representative with whom you spoke, Skwigelfs, did indeed place you in queue for a restoration. You're still in that queue right now, and will be assisted by a member of our In-Game Support staff just as soon as possible. Full account restorations are taking a bit more than 10 days to complete at this time; you've been in queue for a little over 9 days, so I hope we'll be able to reach you soon.
