In any case, I checked the card and all is well. I have not gone over my limit (I'm far from it) and there are no restrictions, I've made sure of it.
I cleared my internet cache and cookies and have tried in both Firefox and IE on two different computers with no resolution. I also tried phoning Blizzard, but could not speak to a representative.
Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
