Unauthorised Authenticator attached.

I couldn't log into my account now. The login system keep asking for Authenticator code which i don't use any. I tried reset my password. I called my guildmate and he told me that i am online at the moment, ignoring everyone.
Please help to remove the authenticator.

This is already in the investigation queue from one of your guildies reports, Crad. See if you can access the account now with your lastest password reset.

Did you find the source of this? To have added an authenticator, they had to have gotten your password and ID.

I'm going to post fuller instructions below, but if you can access the account and since this has already been reported and put into process, the security portions are the sections that will need the most attention in this case.

If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
