The truth of the matter is, Laurenbrie, we care a great deal and we give people ample opportunity to improve their behavior. This is evidenced by the fact that a trolling suspension hasn't been levied against you before now.
The actions taken against players do stack so if you continue to exhibit the same type of behavior the penalties will become increasingly severe leading to longer suspensions and eventually closure of the account. We also take time into account, if it has been awhile since your last infraction that will also be taken into account.
