Hey, I recently used the "Recruit-A-Friend" method, but when my friend was signing up for the game, he forgot to use the trial key to open the trial account first. So he has pretty much already paid for the game, but we don't have the account link/access to any of the 'rewards'.

Is it possible if someone could fix this for us please? Or would I have to re-invite him to the game again..

If he hasn't upgraded to a standard account yet, Behealed, it may be easier to simply have him start a new trial using the Recruit a Friend invitation. He can delete any character he created on the other trial account so he can reuse the name if he wishes.

If he does that just make sure he selects the correct World of Warcraft account if he decides to upgrade to a full standard account. There will likely be a wow1 and wow2 option in his drop down menu. Wow1 most likely being the first non-RaF trial and wow2 being the RaF trial.

Otherwise I'd recommend contacting our Billing department, they should be able to help.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Also, more information on the RaF program can be found in the following FAQ's.
