How do i get my account back??

I stopped playing before the whole battle.net thing. I recently decided to start playing again so i bought a 60-day card, and WotLK, so i created a battle.net account and put my account from wow onto it and its not letting me play as my old characters hell, its not even saying i have the full game, BC, or WotLK installed, it's saying im a trial account. When i try to put my CD keys in it keeps telling me that i cant, that they have already been used. When i try to merged my old WoW account with my battle.net account it says it has already been merged with an account. Please help, i wanna start playing again!!

I'm very sorry that you're having trouble reaching our Billing & Account Services department, Warfolk. =/ We're currently receiving a very high volume of calls, and our representatives are doing all they can to reach as many customers as possible.

One quick tip for calling in, though, is to spam redial. It may sound silly, but it's actually quite a successful technique. My guess is that you're currently receiving a busy message when trying to call in. The reason you're receiving that message is because our phone lines are completely full. This means that all representatives are on the line with other customers and all "on hold" spots are occupied. The good news is that those "on hold" spots free up all the time. If you're willing to redial a few times, you're very likely to get through. :)
