Account Restorarion, Unsure If Completed

The first email I received said it looked as if nothing was harmed on my account. My jaw dropped at first, seeing as how the person who stole my account walked off with nearly 60k to start with, but then more emails followed. I received several emails about my characters being restored, what was restored to them, and so on..

And then the emails stopped, Sunday late afternoon. Is this typical? Am I still in the queue? Not all of my characters received a restoration, and from two of them I'm missing a stack of every mage, paladin, priest, rogue, shaman, warlock, and warrior glyph in the game. I opened a ticket in game yesterday, and it was escalated, but I've yet to hear anything back.

I am sorry for what confusion that initial e-mail may have caused, Offer, it looks like it slipped before the restoration process was completed.

If you have received e-mails listing items/gold that were restored then it is likely that your restoration has been completed. If you are missing additional items though you may write to wowgm@blizzard.com or submit an in-game petition providing as much detail of what is missing as you can and our Investigation staff will see if they can verify the loss.

Was this from an alternate account, Offer? I was unable to find a petition regarding this matter.
