Character Recustomization to Race Change

I recently mistakenly took character recustimization. I've sent an email to Blizzard and the '24 hour reply' hasn't shown anything yet.

Can I get a quick yes or no here to the question: can you upgrade my recustomization to race change and just charge me the extra $10? Or am I SOL and have to dump another 25 on top of it (which I won't) to make it work?

I have not used my recustomization option yet. It is still on my character list screen.

I don't believe it is possible to simply change what service you have available, Zamboozle. Our Billing and Account Services department may be able undo the request so you can initiate the one you actually wanted. Please keep trying to get through, it is a matter of luck at time.
