Questions on transferring.

My current thing is that I have two Battle.Net accounts, one has two WoW accounts merged under it although I'm not sure if this matters.

Would I be able to transfer characters between the Battle.Net accounts as long as I own both of them?

And second, if it's possible, the account I wish to transfer from is inactive. Would this stop me from transferring to the active Battle.Net account?

My final question is similar to the last, sort of. If the above is possible, rather than paying 15$ just to quickly jump on the character I want to transfer to delete the arena team the character is captain of, is it possible for a GM to delete the team instead?

Yes, you can transfer between Battle.net accounts, but if one is new, there is a 30 day waiting period between accounts.

As for the Arena team, you'll want to either petition on a character you have access currently and request this, or send an email to [email protected] with the character details and what you'd like done.

Oh, and being inactive doesn't impact this - as long as the account is not suspended, locked or banned.
