How long/much longer will my recovery take...

Around August 2009 i was hacked/banned for in game economy something or other and i recently (sat, june 5) called and tried to settle this problem. I believe i was put in the queue and it has been 8 days. Im just wondering what the current wait time for account recovery was and how long it will take for me to get my account unlocked and ready to play. Thanks. I am using this forum from a 10day trial account in order to communicate. Thanks in advance for helping to answer some of my questions.

Compromise investigations are currently around 8-10 days, Aravvan, so you may be contacted in the next couple of days with the results. Please keep in mind that any damage that may have occurred likely did so at the time of the initial compromise. Though our logs are fairly thorough the amount of information we have access to can not be kept indefinitely. Some information may only survive for a few months.

We will do what we can to verify whatever loss occurred and provide what restoration we can.
