Open ticket for two days now?

While it is our goal to have wait times be as low as possible, Zaliant, there may be situations when we are unable to offer swift replies at all times. Unfortunately, as the in-game ticket display indicates, now is one of those situations as we are currently experiencing a high volume of petitions.

As long as you are able to see the ticket indicator displaying the aforementioned message, then I assure you, you are still in queue. A Game Master will be with you as soon as possible and assist you with your issue. :0)

Auryk... why all the dancing around.

Just tell the person it will most likely be 3 days or more. I've been playing for a little over 6 months now and I have yet to file a petition and not see "We are experiencing a high volume blah blah blah"

I didn't have to don my tap dancing shoes for that one, Laadayen. I have seen queue times down under a day; shoot, I remember when I was on the queue and we would clear them out every night. It has been a while since our response time was steadily that low, but it does happen. :0)
