11 days in que and got 28g..

Today is the 11th day I have been in que for my restoration. My 80 rogue was faction/realm changed during the hack and my ticket was escalated June 1st. Yesterday was my 10th day in que, so I was expecting restoration. What I got was 2 level 1's restored and 28gold to the rogue. That's all. Before he was hacked he had atleast 9-10k gold on him. He still remains orc on stormscale, and is suppose to be a human on sargeras.

Did Blizzard forget me or are they still in the restore process for my account? ):
