I disagree, Gnomercidal, there simply has been little in the way of an update. What information that is available has been provided. I am not one to post every few hours to say nothing new is known at this time... it doesn't help the situation and generally annoys those waiting for news because they see a blue response only to find out it isn't really an update at all.

What is known is this: We are aware that players are experiencing a delay when redeeming their mounts/vanity pets and that they are not arriving through the mail immediately.

We have stated that the matter is being looked into in order to speed up the retrieval of the mounts/vanity pets. We have also stated that these mounts/vanity pets are eventually being delivered usually after several hours or sometimes a few days.
