Pay by phone billing option

How do I use PhoneBill?

You"ll have to register your Billing Telephone Number (BTN) to your account to use the PhoneBill option.

To register your BTN, please login to the World of Warcraft Account Management website and look for the Bill to Home Phone selection in setup subscription.

Step 1: Log into Battle.net Account Management: https://us.battle.net/account
Step 2: Under "Manage My Games," select the WoW account to which you wish to add or adjust payment
Step 3: In the "License Information" box, just to the right, click on the "Change Payment Method" option
Step 4: Once on the "Edit Recurring Billing" page, select the "Bill to Home Phone" option

This will take you to a page that displays the following information:

How do I bill to my home phone or broadband?

For your convenience you can now pay online without a credit card using a service called PhoneBillâ„¢. You can charge your WoW subscription to your existing home phone/broadband bill.

The PhoneBillâ„¢ option is a simple and safe way to pay for your WoW subscription, and provides you continuous service without the need to purchase pre-paid cards at a retail store.

Note: You will need to make and receive a one time verification phone call from your home phone to complete registration with this billing method within 24 hours.

Step 5: Complete the rest of the set-up process by entering your phone information and additional information as requested (note: mobile, cable, and VOIP numbers not eligible; only US land lines are accepted).
