Faction Change Mail Issue

I been trying to change factions with this character but i keep getting the "An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. " error. I have checked my mail box and there is nothing there, i also do not have any pending transactions on the ah. Could someone look into this for me?
